BARLEY PUDDING WITH WHISKEY
Cooking time : 25 minute
Ingredients:
-          1 lt                             Milk
-          200 gr                        Sugar
-          5gr                             Vanilla
-          50 gr                          Barley
-          60 gr                          White Chocolate
-          30 gr                         Corn Flower
-          500 lt                         Water
-          4 cl                            Whiskey
Directions :
In a medium Sauce pan Bring 200 ml ( 2 glass ) water to boil. Add barley and stir, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until barley become soft .
In another pan, Combine milk, Vanilla, Sugar, Corn flower stirring constantly combine mix,   bring to boiling temperature add barley, White Chocolate and half of the Whiskey into milk and stirred. Cook an other 5 minute, remove from head. To serve put the pudding into a whiskey glass burnt remaining whiskey in a spoon ad on the top serve immediately with the flame.
